Dec. 29—For several years residents in an area near Prosser on Old Inland Empire Highway have been terrorized by a group of aggressive pit bulls.

Code enforcement and deputies had been out to the property four times in the two weeks before the attack.

Officials were called to the Yakima Valley home dozens of times over four years for the aggressive dogs, suspected puppy mills, stolen property and abandoned RVs.
