OWI suspect arrested for sixth offense, faces felony charges
Darryl A. Van Riper, a 64-year-old Onalaska man, has been charged with felony offenses for his sixth arrest of drunken driving. He was pulled over for a defective brake lamp and police observed an open can of beer and multiple empty beer cans inside his vehicle.
