More than 130 fitness enthusiasts will take off into Christmas today Friday in a bid to raise much needed funds for the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.

A CHARITY-run canal boat service in Welshpool is encouraging people of all ages to book a trip to enjoy the local scenery. The Heulwen Trust, which owns and operates two 70-foot narrow boats on the Montgomery Canal, provides free canal boat trips for vulnerable and disabled members of the community.
