So Discretionary Spending goes down, on both sides, they say this is great. It doesnt have more Discretionary Spending. It has less. It has less. For both defense and nondefense. Health care entitlements do go from 105 to 99 . But it is 7. 8 of gdp now and rises to 8 and it is scary because it is unsustainable so were heading toward record high tax revenues and they go t
