Youth Development Corp. nonprofit resolved audit issues, founder says
The update about the audit was relevant to the Saginaw City Council because its members last month voted to withhold a previously-approved $1.3 million city-provided stimulus to Youth Development Corp. unless the audit issues were resolved within six months.
