Local developer buys Yazoo-area site from Brentwood real estate investor Meg Epstein Brentwood-based veteran real estate investor Hoss Mousavi has sold a property once home to the former Ozburn-Hessey Logistics for more than 20 times what he paid for it seven years ago.
