South Portland engineering firm acquires smaller Falmouth peer
South Portland-based engineering firm Sebago Technics Inc. on Friday announced the acquisition of Falmouth-based Titcomb Associates. That will add 11 employees in Falmouth and Bath to Sebago’s workforce, bringing its total to more than 90. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. It comes less than three months after Sebago Technics acquired Sawyer Engineering and Surveying, a small firm based in Bridgton, to gain a foothold in the fast-growing Lakes Region.
