Martin David Roberts, of King Street, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Wednesday. The 36-year-old admitted that on October 18 last year at Llay Custody facility in Davy Way he damaged a cell wall by spitting multiple times and requiring a decontamination callout to the value of £127.20.
