Tri-County Lakes Administrative Commission voted to delay action on a proposed no-wake zone in a section of Merriman Run on June 21. The delay was to get clarification on a proposed no-wakesurfing zone last year in the same location hat was denied by the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources.

The full TLAC board is now scheduled to vote on the matter.
