No official cause has been given, but investigators told a pastor that surveillance footage shows the fire was caused by arson.

The flames are out on the apartment complex construction site, but Colfax and Peoria will remain closed at least into the new year as fire crews launch their investigation, Aurora fire officials said Thursday.
