South Africa youth international Dean Solomons has expressed his delight after securing a move back to Europe with Allsvenskan side Varbergs BoIS.
Solomons, 22, spent three years in the Netherlands with Ajax after joining from the now-defunct Ajax Cape Town academy system in 2017.
After one season in the U-19s, Solomons featured in the UEFA Youth League and Eerste Divisie with Jong Ajax but failed to break into the first-team before leaving at the end of last season.
But the towering defender is now looking towards realising his dreams of a successful career abroad after securing a reported three-year deal with the Swedish top-flight side alongside compatriot Ryan Moon.
