Madison Eagle Christmas Fund broadly this year. On Wednesday, Dec. 2, Stacey Smollen, co-chair of MECF, accepted a $300 donation from Madison heART art classes and the East Coast Elf Conference 2020. Smollen says she was honored to receive the check directly from one of the elves.
