county 90 minutes late & -caroline... dorchester.. kent p.. and icomico ounty 22 3 3& & 3 3 p9 map 3 3 a possible armed man causes a big scare at a nrth baltiiore apartmmnt complex. & complex.it all started around 7 last ight.. and police were -3 on the scene until midnight. &ppoliceesent in swat teem after getting a call for aa armed man at the buena vistt - apartments the entire area was shut down forrhours.thh - suspect was taken inno custody.. ann is being treated unknnwn injuries....
