Have you ever heard of Newmarket's Backyard Bash in New Hampshire? This will be their 3rd Annual Bash, and according to Facebook, it's set to be the biggest bash of fun the town has seen in years.

Fresh Coast Motel will offer the same downtown location across the street from the beach, but it'll have upgraded and updated amenities.

ATTLEBORO — The 300th anniversary of the Peck House, owned by the Attleboro chapter of The Daughters of the American Revolution, will be celebrated from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The four-bedroom mid-century modern home features exposed beams and mature trees and sits waaaay back on the 2-plus-acre lot.

A midcentury "deck house" in Millbrook, New York is for sale at $2.2 million. Built in 1970, the home has been masterfully restored in recent years.
