Cheshire West and Chester Council has confirmed that the sites will open on Tuesday, May 4. The Chester facility is at Dee View Hub in Europa Court, off Bumpers Lane (CH1 4NP) and will operate from 3-7pm, Monday to Friday, and from 8am to noon on Saturday.
