A mans body was found following a fire near i 9. 80, in oakland. That fire was reported shortly before one 30 this morning. Chp says the Oakland Fire Department saw a man starting the fire in the westbound lane of the 17th street offramp. Firefighters later found a burn victim with head trauma at the offramp. That offramp is now reopened. All lanes are open as well. Meanwhile, in San Francisco, fire crews have contained a massive fire in the citys hayes valley neighborhood. 8 people have been displaced. Wicked weather this week between heat and rain storms and winds in excess of 100 mile per hour in texas, houston, where at least seven are confirmed dead. And hundreds are still without power.
