KENDALLVILLE — A Rome City man arrested and charged with child molesting was the most-read story of the last week on kpcnews.com. INDIANAPOLIS — DeKalb, Noble and LaGrange counties combined for five new deaths in Saturday’s statewide COVID-19 report.
