Delmar Loop Station News Today

The Town of Delmar has announced a days-long road closure due to an ongoing sewer infrastructure project.

Bi-State Development, which runs MetroLink, plans to resume light rail service at every station on the company’s Blue Line on Monday now that workers have made significant repairs to the system following last month's flash flooding.

Metro Transit said it will be several months before MetroLink service on the red and blue lines is fully restored after record flooding.

MetroLink service was interrupted Saturday afternoon after a "vehicle strike" involving a MetroLink train near the Washington Park station.

"This is just aimed at being sure that... when we say the bus is going to show up, it shows up."
