After nearly 30 years helping run the northern Davis County city of Clinton, Dennis Cluff has seen plenty of change. The city manager took his post in 1994 and will step down on Jan. 12.

Clinton City Manager Dennis Cluff will be retiring in January after faithfully serving his community for 30 years. He has seen the city transform and its population tripled since he started.
