To some extent. we essentially backed off military cooperation exercises with the south koreans during the olympics and said, well, it wasnt related to the denuclearization program. i think if the south koreans separate from u.s. foreign policy on this issue, a lot of things may well change. probly not for the good. ihi the people at risk here are pmarily the south koreans and the japanese, the australians, the regional allies we have. never mind u.s. national interests, which are soon to be at ...
