New charges have been filed against Johnifer Dernard Barnwell, one of the men who escaped from a Georgia jail last month, and Janecia Green, a woman accused of helping him.

Johnifer Dernard Barnwell, 37, was charged with one count of escape from custody, and Janecia Green, 30, was charged with one count of assisting escape of a person committed to custody, after a federal grand jury indictment.
