Clearcreek Twp. to consider rezoning for proposed Silver Mill subdivision Ed Richter © Provided by Dayton Daily News Residents fighting plans for high-density subdivisions in this township along the Montgomery-Warren county line are gearing up for the latest plans for this 170-acre farm. Clearcreek Twp. trustees today will consider a zoning change for a 172-acre property where a new subdivision is proposed on Lytle Five Points Road. Design Homes has requested the rezoning to build the Silver Mill subdivision east of Ohio 48. Zoning Director Jeff Palmer said Design Homes is seeking to build 337 units that include 113 single, detached homes, and 224 multi-family quad units with a density of about 3.56 units per acre.
