Microsoft has released a new version of the Microsoft Store for the members of the Canary and Dev Windows Insider channels. The new version includes some big performance improvements.

Microsoft did not release new Windows 11 builds for members of the Insider Program in the Dev and Canary channels for a second straight week, although it did release two small Beta updates.

Microsoft has released new updates for its Windows 11 Snipping Tool and Notepad apps for members of the Insider program in the Canary and Dev channels after details were previously leaked.

Microsoft has confirmed it will not drop new Canary or Dev builds of Windows 11 for members of the Windows Insider Program this week, making the minor Beta channel update as the only Insider build.

It looks like Microsoft is done with Windows 11 Insider build releases this week, following a surprise Beta build on Tuesday, and Release Channel builds for Windows 10 and 11 earlier today

The new Windows Photos app update also brings back the timeline scrollbar, along with a new Spot Fix feature that allows users to get rid of some unwanted objects in an image, along with bug fixes.

Microsoft has introduced today some new Auto HDR features which includes an Auto HDR scaling option, multi-GPU support, and more. The new features though are exclusive to Windows 11 only.

A Microsoft Account is required to install future versions of Windows 11 Pro.
