Keeping up with the annual tradition, a programme will be held on June 29 at the Shanmukhananda Hall, said Pancham Nishad Director Shashi Vyas, adding that noted vocalists Devaki Pandit, Padmaja Phenany Joglekar, Jayteerth Mevundi and Anand Bhate will render 'abhangs' (devotional poetry) in the event.

"Advaita" is the musical journey that celebrates the spiritual path of enlightenment led by the 7 women saint poetesses who hailed from various states, but had one thing in common - Bhakti.

The tag line “7 yaatri, 1 yaatra” (7 travellers, 1 journey) represents the life journey of poets within different dimensions. Joshi said, “Since the outbreak of Covid-19, everyone has been seeking motivation and one can find it in the poems which were written thousands of years ago.”
