Developer quits £300m Manchester tower JV
Developer Ask has pulled out of a joint venture to build a £300m tower project in Manchester. Ask has exited the JV behind the 375-apartment, 40-storey Viadux tower and an adjacent 14-storey office, it had entered into with fellow developer Salboy.
