Months later a and b are not what we described that i understand your point. My other main point question, had to do with this pro rata salary attribution. Very curious to hear what the view is on how we make that happen. It sounds incredibly difficult. This is under subsection where dr. . Yes if you have individuals who are essentially inhouse were doing activities that could count towards a qualifying threshold, the developing Public Relations materials during outreach, doing reports, urging others to communicate, the first question was, should those completely be exempt because their inhouse activities are not making a payment. This approach suggests they should be treated the same. Whether you make a payment for Inhouse Services were making a payment for the next consultant or organization to do that work. The second question is to when you count toward the 2500,and this is what i was getting a earlier, does the counting toward 2500 tied to a specific matter of legislative or admin
Neighbors house and get through a wall to get in. We have to do what we have to do. We have to be a little creative. This set up there is making people more creative. Its not your typical go through the front door an find it. Decisions have to be made very quickly and correctly or people will get hurt. Its working great. Very good. Thank you for that additional explanation. Madam president , i just want to add that our specialized training that weve had as of late, the members have been so enthusiastic about it. They have embraced it and come back for more and repeated, performed and come back. They have told me personally this is the best training they have had in their career. That speaks volumes to the Training Staff over seen by then captain column biney and now chief column biney. Wonderful work. The members of our department are always eager to test their skills, sharpen their skills and learn new skills. Thats what makes our Department One of the top two in the country. So, that
Task force will be in order to. We have to get this hearing in before the votes start between 11 30 and noon each though its noticed for 10 30, i think the time for Opening Statements will burn up the time between now and 10 30, so we can get to the witnesses. I would like to welcome everyone to todays hearing on the Judiciary Committees overcriminallization task force. The tenth and final hearing will focus on the abundance of federal criminal offenses on the books and the role that the Judiciary Committees jurisdiction or lack thereof under house rules plays on this issue. This committee is comprised of lawmakers with the ability to avoid redundancy with the awareness of the entire body of criminal federal law. With other recommendations we should consider the amendments to clarify not only to criminal Law Enforcement with legislation as well. Again i would like to thank the members of the task force i hope we can come together to address many of the concerns of over criminalization

Has enough been allocated to make it happen sooner rather than late center operationally, is the emphasis on National Governments or state governments or both and local . If you find a National Government is unwilling to be as transparent as we want them to be, do we look to bypass and go to a state . Obviously in the u. S. Its the states and local government that carry the heavy burden of providing electricity. Is that model being replicated in africa . In terms of the electrification, obviously we have stateoftheart election the fix indication here and i have visited virtually every electricity plant in my state over the yeares most but not all they obviously have many environmental safeguards, scrubbers to make sure what comes another the chimney does not lead to temperatures as healthwise because of pollution. Are those kinds of environmental sustainable best practices being incorporated in what we do . Seems to me theres so much on the shelf capability and knowledge that it would
