You can see right there the root systems have uplifted the walkway and a Building Foundation next door. Their bound to have their tops blown out which means their toppings tops break off they can drop 20 feet or more from the tops and a can create enormous damage and injury. The bayview redevelopment plan. Other recommendations are more tangible and can relate to Development Projects. This is where the consistency determination process comes into play. Those projects that involve medical uses of a certain size which collene touched on earlier would be subject to consistency determination. The consistency determination process will weigh the projects merits against these recommendations. The task force encouraged us to explore an incentive base system that would encourage the Health Care Infrastructure and facilitate projects that address the plans recommendations and guidelines without creating unintended negative land use consequences. This slide shows the possible outcomes of consistency determinations. First there is consistent and highly recommended for addressing critical need.
