Waterville boy, 9, rushed to alert tenants to Madison apartment fire, chief says
Devin Dumais was staying with his grandparents Sunday when he saw heavy smoke billowing from the apartment building at 25 Bean St., according to Chief Don French of the Madison Fire Department.
