Entertainer Gillie Da Kid, co-host of 'The Million Dollaz Worth of Game' podcast opened up about the loss of his son, rapper YNG Cheese, during an appearance on 'The Pivot Podcast.' YNG Cheese was fatally shot in Philadelphia in July 2023. Gillie Da Kid described washing his son's body prior to burial – a Muslim tradition.

Gillie Da Kid became emotional recalling "the worst and best day" when washing his son's dead body as part of his Islamic religion.

Gillie the Kid posted a clip of his cousin Wallo267 presenting him with a new toy, just to bring a smile to his cousin’s face.

Gillie Da Kid is gifted a slingshot motorcycle from Wallo.

Gillie Da Kid posted a heartfelt tribute to his late son, YNG Cheese on Instagram on Saturday days after his death.

Rapper Gillie Da Kid, a Philadelphia native, put together a showcase to celebrate music and comedy for his birthday featuring up-and-coming and established artists and entertainers. After his son was fatally shot last Thursday, the event will now be a tribute to the life of Devin Spady, a rapper who went by the name YNG Cheese.

Wallo visited the studio Friday to talk more about the loss of Philadelphia rapper YNG Cheese - the son of his co-host Gillie Da King.
