Eight men and four women will represent the Cougars at the 2024 NCAA Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon, June 5-8. The athletes qualified following the NCAA West Preliminaries on May 22-25.

Cougar Track and Field showcased their prowess at the Championships of America in the Penn Relays, held from April 25 to the 27. On Thursday, Graduate Student Ethan Marshall exhibited his strength and skill, securing a ninth place finish in the hammer throw competition with an impressive throw of 57.26 meters.

Trei Thorogood and Jaheem Hayles each earned top-10 finishes at the Penn Relays in Syracuse's final regular-season competition.

The Houston track and filed team competed in the Annual Mt. SAC relays at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, California and and the J. Fred Duckett Twilight Meet at Rice University in Houston between April 17-21.
