Saline County's Rolling Hills Zoo announces death of Amur leopard
The Salina Journal Rolling Hills Zoo announced Sunday that Darius, an 18-year-old male Amur leopard, has died. The zoo said Darius has been treated for renal failure over the past year, with his kidney function declining. Over the last week, Rolling Hills said, blood work indicated he was in Stage 4 kidney failure.
