Senior Police Officer Jeffrey Vappie has again been reassigned from Mayor LaToya Cantrells security detail, as the New Orleans Police Department investigates another complaint recently lodged against him.

The former U.S. Rep and presidential adviser was not tested for intoxication despite a police report that said he was "disoriented" and slurring his words.
