Midterm elections are around the corner and Sunday, November sixth is the last day of early voting. A march to the polls was held at Payne Park in Sarasota.

Sarasota County Supervisor of Elections Ron Turner urges voters to not wait until the last minute to vote in the Nov. 8 election.

Polls for early voting are now open across the Suncoast. 

Registered voters in Sarasota and Manatee counties can early vote any day from Monday, Oct. 24 to Sunday, Nov. 6.

The sites will operate daily through Aug. 20 in Manatee County and through Aug. 21 in Sarasota County.

In Sarasota County, early voting will take place each day from Saturday, Aug. 13, to Sunday, Aug. 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

In both Sarasota and Manatee County those registered to vote can start in-person voting early in the August 23rd primary election. on Saturday, August 13th, 2022.

Early voting for Florida’s Aug. 23 Primary Election begins next week. Dates, times, and locations to cast a ballot early in-person vary depending on where voters are registered.
