Noida: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) after 12 years decided to take up the maintenance of the only freehold property ever.

It is a 100 acre prime plot in Sector Omega at Pari Chowk, which remained unkempt and turned into a wasteland. The GNIDA will sign an MOU with the residents after taking their consent.
