Bibber Memorial Chapel CEO dies at the age of 83
Dick Bibber served for 25 years on the board of trustees of Kennebunk Savings Bank, including as chairman, retiring from the board in 2015. He was also a member of the Kennebunk Board of Selectmen and the town's budget board.
