Drupa 2024: Bobst unveils innovative solutions

Bobst has revealed its latest roll-to-roll digital label press at Labelexpo’s Brussels show.

Bobst has announced new products for easier label production and strategic alliances to expand their global reach and add value for customers. The company announced new products in line with its industry vision based on four key pillars - connectivity, digitalisation, automation, and sustainability. These include a digital label press and an inkjet module for high-opacity white printing.

Bobst has gone public with a raft of product announcements, including recent software launches and upcoming hardware releases.

Bobst has announced a slew of new machines in the printing converting, services and performance to help converters and brand owners take a big step towards digitalising the packaging supply chain. The announcement was made during its annual press event hosted at the Bobst Packaging Centre in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Germark operates a large fleet of flexo and digital presses which already includes three pieces of Bobst equipment: two Master M5 inline flexo presses and a Bobst inkjet machine. The addition of a brand-new Digital Master 340 is a key part of Germark's strategy to increase the automation level in its workflows and deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

The first-ever Labelexpo Mexico 2023 will take place April 26-28 at the World Trade Center in Mexico City. It’s the full Labelexpo exhibition, after the company has hosted successful Summit-style events in the region.

Bobst has appointed Keith Nagle as area sales manager, narrow and mid-web printing and converting.
