North London Coroner's Court was told the Whirlpool tumble dryer experienced an "electrical fault" which is said to have caused the fire that led to Champagauri Bhatt and her son Dipak's deaths

A grandmother and her disabled son died in a house fire which may have been caused by an electrical fault with their tumble dryer, a hearing was told.

Those detained include Rajkot West Congress candidate Rajyaguru, Rajkot East Congress candidate Mitul Donga and another party worker, police said.
