6 Flames Set for Virginia Tech Challenge

One week before the 2021 ASUN Indoor Track & Field Championships, Liberty will send six athletes to the Virginia Tech Challenge. Chelsea Igberaese, Makenzy Mizera, Alexis Rolan, Jose Ballivian, Warren Barrett and Kyle Mitchell are set to compete in the meet, Friday and Saturday at Rector Field House in Blacksburg, Va. Rolan will be the first Flame in action, racing in the women s 60 dash prelims Friday at 6:05 p.m. On Saturday, the men s shot put (Ballivian, Barrett and Mitchell) is set to begin at noon.
