Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces 36-year-old DMario A. Caesar of Buffalo was sentenced this afternoon before Erie County Court Judge Susan Eagan to the maximum of 7 1/2 to 15 years in prison as a second felony offender. His sentence will run consecutive to his federal sentencing scheduled for April 5, 2023, on drug and weapons charges.

The Erie County DA announced that a jury has found a Buffalo man guilty of one count of manslaughter as well as one count of leaving the scene of an incident without reporting resulting in death.
