India is at risk of wasting a window of opportunity to ramp up its ambitious vaccination program, as the country faces an uptick of COVID-19 cases and the escalating threat of coronavirus variants, doctors warn.
The government committed to inoculating 300 million people by August this year, which was touted as the largest and fastest vaccination program in the world.
