I -- a disregard and that he intended to kill. he -- it may not have been premeditated. i dont think they think it was, but i think that once he was in that scenario, he actually acted and intended to kill trayvon martin. now, i think the issue here is that the prosecutor doesnt believe george zimmermans story. we heard in the hearing today, that there are inconsistencies in his story. we heard a few facts about that. listen, the truth doesnt change. the truth remains the same. it is what it is....
