Dolley Major News Today

One of four accused in the case of missing six-year-old Joshlin Smith was released from custody on Wednesday after the state dropped charges against her of kidnapping and human trafficking.

After 41 days and a gruelling journey on foot of more than 900km, Reverend June Dolley-Major reached Makhanda at the weekend and went to the house where, she alleged, a fellow Anglican priest raped her almost 20 years ago.

With more than 300km already walked and 500km to go, the Rev June Dolley-Major’s awareness campaign is gaining momentum and she has the blistered feet to prove it.

Reverend June Dolley Major has slated the Anglican Church's tribunal, saying its findings – exonerating Reverend Melvin Booysen of rape charges – were a travesty of justice, and an abuse of process.
