Two years after the COVID shut down, restaurant and bar owners say theyve begun to feel a sense of normalcy again.

Dominick Simeri is starting to feel like himself again.  The owner of Madison Oyster Bar has kept his downtown bar and restaurant closed for  more than 500 days since the beginning of the pandemic. But come Thursday, that changes. "I havent been myself in quite some time," Simeri said.
