The village of Port Sanilac currently leases the fire hall and trucks to the Sanilac East Fire Authority (SEFA), which covers Forester and Sanilac townships and the village. Conflicts over the building, equipment and the recent withdrawal of Forester Township from the authority has the village discussing SEFA’s future. (Photo by Casey Johnson) PORT SANILAC
