Arrests of three men in Convent, LA tied to New Orleans sideshows involving ATVs and dirt bikes

BATON ROUGE — Three people are in custody in St. James Parish for the reckless operation of stolen ATVs and dirt bikes on New Orleans-area highways and local roads, State Police said at a press conference Tuesday morning.

The work was done under the Troop NOLA guise as part of what Governor Jeff Landry says is his plan to make the city of New Orleans safer.
