The final outcome of Ballot Issue 2D, which asked Dacono residents if the city should join the High Plains Library District, was still too close to call as of Wednesday afternoon.

Incumbent Doris Crespo was leading the 5-person race to fill two Dacono City Council seats as of shortly after 8 p.m., according to Weld County’s unofficial election results.
