As we take a look at our radar, the storms continue. That means more mild air gets into eastern iowa and after a start with snow in the morning, well change over the rain in a lot of spots during the afternoon except the far northern and western counties. Snow will stay tomorrow evening. Up mere the minnesota border, there could be up to 10 inches of snow. The two inch line close to cedar rapids. That could go up or down an inch or so. The regulations are staying the same but theyre expanding the importance of maintaining sensitive areas.
