STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. A 76-year-old man has been arrested in a crash outside a Brooklyn Yeshiva school where a 4-year-old boy from Staten Island died and a 6-year-old boy was injured.
Yehiel Guzi of Little Mountain Road in Old Tappan, N.J., stands accused in the pedestrian crash on Jan. 4 at about 9 a.m. on 67th Street near 20th Avenue, according to a statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Hours after a 4-year-old boy was struck and killed by a vehicle in Brooklyn, family of the 6-year-old who survived the ordeal convened at the hospital.
According to the boy’s older brother, he was asking for his friend, Yoshi Balaban, who police said was pronounced dead at the scene.
