Night driving along the highway can be a bit hard. Many car manufacturers seem aware of this and are currently developing technologies that can aid drivers in improving road user safety.

Adaptive Driving Beams are finally coming to the United States, as the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced a final ruling that lets automakers add them to cars.

The NHTSA has ruled on amending FMVSS 108 to allow Adaptive Driving Beam technology in the US. The move stems from a requirement in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
