Dropbox Passwords Will Be Available To All Users By Tyler Lee, on 03/16/2021 17:33 PDT
Last year, Dropbox launched its passwords manager feature called Dropbox Passwords. At the time of launch, it was only available to paid Dropbox customers, basically for those who are paying for a Dropbox subscription. However, the good news is that Dropbox has announced that they will be making the feature available to all users.

Before you get too excited, note that there is a catch. While Dropbox Passwords will be available to non-paying customers, those who are on the Dropbox Basic plan (free) will only be able to store a maximum of 50 passwords through the feature. Obviously we have more than 50 sets of logins so there is a very good chance that you will blow through this free cap.
